O Hai. I’m alive.
So it’s been like 5 bazillion years since I’ve blogged…but I figured, “Hey, Jenny. Let’s log on Tumblr and type a bloggity blog. You know, for old time’s sake.”
So here I am. Typing. On a laptop. Which I also haven’t done for at least 3 bazillion years. I love the sound of the keys taping away as my thoughts flow through my fingertips. Thank you Mavis Beacon for making me the typist I am today.
A lot has been going on in my life. For the longest time I was car-less and thanks to my boyfriend I’ve been able to get to school and back now and then. But I just bought a car this past weekend and once a few kinks were worked out I can honestly saw I own a car. There’s nothing I love more than driving with the windows down and the music blaring. (Except for maybe typing away on a keyboard). It’s these simple things that make me feel human. It reconnects me to a simpler time…reconnects me to my father.
I’ve been dealing with some demons lately. Depression and what not. But since things are looking up I’m going to try and refocus my energy on myself. My roommates and I are starting up a 90 Day to Summer Sexy program. Another health kick I know but I think know that I will make this change permanent and see the results I’ve been yearning for.
I’m excited. I’m ready. Ready for this change. I’ll even try to blog more. Maybe once a week or something. Pinterest has been taking up a lot of my time; but you can’t really blog with that site. :P
So here’s to…refocusing? Yeah. Refocusing.
